The Chicago Bears have traded tight end Adam Shaheen to the Miami Dolphins for a 2021 seventh-round conditional draft pick.

Shaheen was a second-round pick out of Ashland in 2017. He has 26 catches for 249 yards and four touchdowns in 27 career NFL games.

The Seattle Seahawks have acquired Jamal Adams from the New York Jets for first round picks in each of the next two seasons.

The Seahawks will send Bradley McDougald, first round picks in 2021 and 2022, and a third round pick in 2021.

Adams requested a trade one month ago.

"While we had maintained our interest in Jamal Adams having a long successful career with the Jets, we know it's important to be prepared and willing to adjust to new offers and circumstances," Douglas said in part in a statement. "As I have always said, my job is to listen to calls and this offer was one we could not ignore."

The Dallas Cowboys and San Francisco 49ers were also in discussions on a trade.

Trade rumors have swirled around the tight end, but David Njoku wants Cleveland Browns fans to know that he still has love for them.

"I want to make something very clear. I love the city of Cleveland with all my heart," Njoku tweeted Monday. "This game is filled with a lot of complications but don't think for a second that I don't love and appreciate Cleveland and all that it has done for me."

Njoku reportedly requested a trade earlier this month. The Browns signed Austin Hooper in free agency this offseason, presumably to be their No. 1 tight end.

The San Francisco 49ers may be looking to repair their relationship with Raheem Mostert, who requested a trade earlier this month.

The running back spoke to a high-ranking member of San Francisco's front office to clear the air and get on the same page moving forward, according to sources.

When asked about the situation possibly being worked out, Mostert's agent, Brett Tessler, responded, "Hopefully, that'll be the case."

Mostert has two years left on his current deal and is due $2.57 million in base salary this season.

The Jacksonville Jaguars have received multiple trade offers for Yannick Ngakoue, but have thus far turned down all inquires.

Jacksonville received one offer that included a Pro Bowl player, according to a source.

Ngakoue can only play 2020 on a one-year deal. He's set to make $17.778 million on the tender.

With the Wednesday deadline for long-term deals for franchise-tagged players here, there remains some interest around the NFL in trading for Yannick Ngakoue, according to sources.

A trade would be complicated, but not impossible.

The Jaguars have insisted on getting something significant back for the defensive end.

Ngakoue has publicly campaigned for a trade since he was given the franchise tag.

Raheem Mostert has requested a trade from the San Francisco 49ers, citing the lack of progress on a revised contract.

Mostert signed a three-year deal ahead of the 2019 season after two years spent largely on special teams. His role on offense increased drastically last year.

Agent Brett Tessler said that Mostert has been looking for a salary that would bring his compensation in line with Tevin Coleman. Coleman is set to make $4.55 million in 2020 while Mostert is set to make $2.575 million.

Raheem Mostert has requested a trade from the San Francisco 49ers.

"After months of unproductive talks with the 49ers about fairly adjusting Raheem Mostert's contract (which paid him for special teams) we have requested a trade. Disappointing that it would come to this for a guy who led all NFL RBs in YPC & helped lead them to the Super Bowl," wrote Mostert's agent Brett Tessler on Twitter.

Mostert signed a three-year contract extension with the 49ers during the 2019 offseason. Mostert had 772 rushing yards and eight touchdowns to go with 14 catches for 180 yards and two receiving touchdowns. Mostert had 29 carries for 220 yards and four touchdowns in the NFC Championship Game.

Mostert is 28 years old and is currently the 23rd highest paid running back in the NFL.

David Njoku has requested the Cleveland Browns trade him by training camp.

"It is in David's best interest to find a new team at this time," said agent Drew Rosenhaus. 

The Browns have already exercised their 2021 option on Njoku's contract.

Odell Beckham, Jr. worked out with Cam Newton this offseason, but that doesn't mean the wide receiver will be headed to the New England Patriots in a trade soon.
